If you have any questions on the goods you have received from us, you can make a request of returnning or refund with following notices: 1.Only We can make your returning or refund when the packing of the goods is in perfect package and the same as what you received (Including parcels stuffing, the outside package and Overpack bags) .We will never make the rerund for the goods you have opened.
2.If there are quality problems of the goods you have returned to us, We will reship your parcel if you like (or we can give you refund as your request) and we will take over the shipping fee for you.
3.If there is no problem with your goods you return to us,we will send your parcel back, but you have to take over the reshipping fee by yourself. If you don't want the reshipment, we can make your refund in 7 days. But we will take your shipping fee off your refund.
4.If you have any questions on the goods you have received, please send your certificate to us by e-mail. We will deal with your problem under the laws and regulations of the country.
